I have trained many women and men over the years and have seen many success not focusing based on physical measurements and the number on the scale, but from my clients success in being consistent, anchoring their healthy habits on their daily life and spreading the joy of fitness to the people around them.

BIOGRAPHY

Coach Zhywee (pronounced as Zee Wee) is a graduate Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, certified personal trainer, pre and post natal specialist, Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Fitness Master Trainer, Singapore’s Fight Do Master Trainer (Radical Fitness), Co - Founder of FitWarriors and was also in Twist Sports Conditioning Master Trainer program.

She have been in the Fitness industry for more than 17 years conducting Group Fitness Classes, training one to one and small group training personal training sessions, managing and training Fitness trainers as an educator and a head coach. She has also been spearheading as the head coach for Singapore’s Biggest National Weight Management Program, Lose to Win and have been the major contribution in developing the workout curriculum for many Fitness projects around Singapore.

She has presented in major fitness events both local and international (Australia, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Thailand and more)

Zhywee is a mum of 2 boys with one being in the autism spectrum. This inspires her to be an autism advocate and together with her partner, Mary Chua, have been opening fitness classes for the special needs to encourage movement and communication through fitness and dancing.

She have also recently developed the ZFitSquad community workout program to help Busy beginner individuals in their Fitness journey by working out on average 20 - 30 minutes a day at home. They just need to press play.
